I love big basket, after trying peppertap zopnow and others I finally tried big basket. Its most affordable and time it takes is very short especially express. Dont need another ap for grocery shopping ! Simply best. Been using for over a month and no probelms!

Good app and great customer service which focuses on customer satisfaction entirely. The delivery boys can be a bit more efficient.

Dont usually review apps, but this one is so poor people should know. Doesnt do anything anymore. Initially let me search, add to basket, etc. Now absolutely everything either shows nothing in a search, but only if it doesnt just outright crash. Impossible to actually order anything. Apple should remove from the App Store completely if Big Basket doesnt withdraw it themselves. This app really doesnt do anyone any good.

I just received my first order from Big Basket. They were very professional and on time.

Needs to be fixed. And also some pictures need to be corrected as theyre not of the products theyre added to.

As title says horrible customer service , waste customers time and deliver items on time and sometimes 24 hours later, customer service not bothered to help

Does not deserve to be rated actually, however big basket performance is pathetic and leaves a definite negative impact on its customers. One cannot expect the delivery at time. No future this company have. Terrible service.

Unable to change city or add new address with the same mobile number for the same user account. A very common user scenario not supported and plain buggy.

Only portrait view, no landscape. Unable to change address. Earlier complaint also states this.
