I applied a coupon and it showed the deduction. When I moved to pay in paytm it took out the coupon and charged me full amount. Talked to customer service and they said there is a technical issue and we cant do anything now.lease try again. I made another attempt and it did the same and converted order to cash on delivery. Again customer service said sorry technical issue we will cancel both the orders. I am done using this app.

I applied coupon and it showed applied but while billing and during payment the discount was not applied. This happened every time I placed the order. The app does not have the option to track the order.

Discontinuing due to repeated delivery issues. Do not recommend.

I use the app regularly and find it useful. These are the additional features I would like to see 1. Need iPad specific version 2. Need screen rotation support. 3. Need more categorization as the list is too long sometimes, especially in household 4. New products are difficult to discover 5. Need a way of removing suggestions from smart basket.

This is seriously an awesome App! Anything u need at your doorstep the next morning. My college is kind of in a remote area so I was relieved that they actually deliver here! Saves so much time and effort. The veggies are fresh and their products are neatly packaged.

It is always a time-consuming chore to have to drive to the store, browse along, then stand in queue and waste more time, then end up lugging everything home, only to realize youve forgotten something! Big basket has taken away the pain from this process, and we love that the delivery can be scheduled, and payment options are so flexible.
